Harmony Chai is available for catering at small events and festivals. The company was created by Holly Dennis while making healthy food options at festivals in Alaska. She started the menu by making fresh falafel sandwiches, vegetarian soups, juicing and fresh chai. The response was amazing, so the traveling food vending continued on to many music and arts festivals. Holly’s background in food starts with her love for making food and being creative in the kitchen. Holly has experience working as a line cook at a high end restaurant and creating food for weddings.

Harmony Chai moved to the Northwest where the chai was once again brewed and healthy fair food was made at the farmers market to this day 20 years later and served at the various music and art festivals throughout the pacific northwest.
